Ant and Dec reunited publicly for the first time as filming for the upcoming series of the talent show kicked off with auditions at the London Palladium. Get Me Out of Here!

The Geordie presenter, 43, broke down on stage yesterday after his co-host Declan Donnelly introduced him to a screaming audience at the London Palladium.

Both Ant himself and ITV bosses decided it was best for the presenter to take some time off to focus on his sobriety after he admitted to an alcohol and prescription-drug addiction.

The simple snap showed the best friends and colleagues smiling as they sat in the back of their chauffeured vehicle.

Moved to tears, Ant said: "Oh god, I'm really, really emotional now".

The make-up artist announced her collaboration with Avon UK on Thursday in the same week that she would have returned to work on Britain's Got Talent with her ex-husband.

Simon Cowell had the idea for "Britain's Got Talent" while watching a rival music show.

During his time away from television work, McPartlin attended The Priory rehab centre, was fined £86,000 for his drink-driving offence and waslis served a 20-month driving ban.
