"I stand by anyone who has ever been the victim of sexual assault", she captioned the note.

Also in Chicago, according to WMAQ, police confirmed Wednesday that they conducted a "business check" at Kelly's recording studio on the city's West Side but "have no criminal complaints from anyone about the location".

Russell called Savage while the officer was there and Savage put the phone on speaker so the officer could listen, the police report says.

Singer R. Kelly is reportedly being investigated in multiple jurisdictions following the release of a Lifetime docuseries, "Surviving R. Kelly", which explores allegations that the Grammy victor sexually abused several victims over a span of decades.

Her father says they haven't heard from her in about two years.

Both Kelly and Jocelyn deny she is being held against her will.

R. Kelly remains signed to RCA Records, a subsidiary of Sony Music, though, according to insiders, it is expected that the company will part ways with the singer imminently.

Some say Trump's hardline policies are slowing processing for migrants, creating an overwhelming bottleneck at the border. There is an obvious solution: separate the shutdown from the arguments over border security.

R. Kelly is reportedly under investigation in the state of Georgia. The accusations against the 52-year-old were reignited after the six hour docu-series, "Surviving R. Kelly", aired on Lifetime. Mr. Henry James Mason, investigators said in a police report, threatened to harm and kill members of the Savage family in retaliation for attempting to contact daughter Joycelyn Savage. Russell accused Savage of lying to Lifetime and that if he continued to support the series, Russell and Kelly would be forced to release information that would show Savage was a liar.

Her office covers Chicago where Kelly has a home.

There's nothing that can be done to investigate these allegations without the cooperation of both victims and witnesses. "I was sickened as a survivor, I was sickened as a mother, I'm sickened as a prosecutor", she told a field of reporters.

In 2008, a Cook County jury found Kelly not guilty on 14 counts of child pornography charges.

However, a representative for McGee has denied that she has been contacted by authorities.

"No one has ever seen any evidence of it", he said.

Kelly won a Grammy in 1997 for "I Believe I Can Fly", and is known for such raunchy hits as "Bump N' Grind" and "Ignition".
