Game of Thrones Final Season First Trailer

Most notably for nearly everyone on Earth, the teaser contains the first Game of Thrones season 8 footage - a meeting between Daenerys, her new bae Jon Snow, and half-sister-but-actually-cousin Sansa Stark.

But the moment that Daenerys Targaryen, Jon Snow, and Sansa Stark are together in the North really gets me all jazzed up for the final season.

Game of Thrones is coming back in just a few months, and honestly we can not WAIT.

However, we have finally been given a glimpse (albeit short) into the new episodes. Jon Snow initially refused to fight for Winterfell.

The sneak peek served up other treats including the first footage from Big Little Lies' much-anticipated second season featuring newcomer Meryl Streep, who looks regal as ever. Also, Dany's winter furs are fresh as hell! Fans also got to see Julia Louis-Dreyfus back from her battle with cancer as Selina Meyer for the final season of "Veep".

Kurdish Syrian forces at the weekend asked the Assad Government for protection against a Turkish attack on a flashpoint town. President Trump said that the U.S. would continue to protect YPG terrorist in Syria even after they leave the country.

There's a chance that she might be looking at Daenerys over Jon's shoulder. Or perhaps the queen is simply offended by Sansa's demeanor toward her.

There's also huge potential that this meeting is the first interaction of what will become a power-couple in the show's final season.

The network later tweeted: "Yes, Sansa did say what you think she said". If these two queens can coexist, the Night King, and Cersei, for that matter, are in for some tough times ahead.

True Detective returns January 13, Game of Thrones returns in April and Veep will return sometime in this spring.
