Former UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has urged North Korean leader Kim Jong Un to take concrete steps toward complete denuclearization and gain the trust of the worldwide community if he wants sanctions lifted.

"We have a good relationship", Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One on his return flight from the G20 meeting, according to Reuters. He said, "We are getting along very well".

Negotiations between the USA and North Korea on ending its nuclear program have appeared to stall in the months since Trump and Kim held a historic summit in Singapore in June.

In June, Mr Trump and Kim opened up a face-to-face dialogue after months of trading military threats and pointed barbs.

Trump's warmth toward Kim came following rocky relations with the North Korean leader in which the two engaged in a war of words before appearing to eventually come to terms, with Trump saying earlier this year that he and Kim "fell in love" after exchanging letters.

The postponement stirred concerns that nuclear talks between the USA and North Korea had again bogged down, as Kim's regime seeks sanctions relief before taking key disarmament steps.

During the G20 summit, Trump met South Korean President Moon Jae-in and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and agreed to stay firm in the application of sanctions on Pyongyang until it takes significant steps towards denuclearization.

'Friends' staying on Netflix through 2019
Netflix chief content officer Ted Sarandos told THR that Friends leaving Netflix soon was only "a rumour". But Netflix was swift to put a stop to those reports, confirming that the show's "departure is a rumor".

He said it was essential that global sanctions on North Korea remain in place until complete denuclearization could be achieved.

She added that Trump and Moon renewed their commitment "to achieve the final, fully verified denuclearization" of the North and agreed on the need to maintain economic sanctions "to ensure the DPRK understands that denuclearization is the only path". Re-connection of train line are in progress with another rail which links across the border.

At the most recent summit between Moon and Kim in September, the two leaders committed to reviving economic cooperation when possible, voicing optimism that global sanctions could end and allow such activity.

Furthermore, he said he would be interested in inviting Kim to the US for talks at "some point" in the future.

Differences also remain between Washington and Seoul on how to proceed with Kim, as the dovish Moon favors more robust engagement with the North.

The leadership of both countries suggests that by the end of 2018 will be the connection of the railroad of the South and the North. Seoul has allocated about 57 million dollars to fix and upgrade the railway infrastructure of the DPRK.

The North Korean leader said he would visit Seoul "in the near future", during his third summit with Moon in September.
