Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder 'could meet in spring rematch'

The three judges were divided on the outcome, with one scoring it 115-111 for Wilder, another 114-112 for Fury and the third 113-113.

"I'm just going to enjoy the moment because the last big fight I didn't enjoy the moment", said Fury. When you get two warriors you get a great fight. "I don't think he had control".

"At this point we don't know what is going to be next", said Shelly Finkel, who manages Wilder and has been frustrated in what the believes have been fruitless discussions in the past with Hearn to make this particular fight. He's a natural born fighter.

National Basketball Association superstar LeBron James - who calls the venue home now as a member of the Los Angeles Lakers - branded the bout the "funniest/craziest thing" he's seen!

Wilder's promoter Lou DiBella agreed that the Fury rematch should take priority, making the case that Wilder and Fury are the two best heavyweights in the division.

Fury went on to say that he'd found the energy to get up because he's recently persevered through so much; weighing 400 pounds and caught in a cycle of drug and alcohol addiction in recent years, he'd considered suicide. "I got depressed right away, afterwords". I'm showing total professionalism. For the "Gypsy King" the rest of 2018 will be spent with friends and loved ones. I came back from suicide and mental depression and substance abuse. "The world knows the truth".

MAGA IN MISSISSIPPI: Trump-Backed Candidate WINS BIG in Mississippi Senate Race
Espy's campaign argued that Hyde-Smith's "toxic comments" were an embarrassment to MS and could scare away economic investments. She also told supporters that she'd be "on the front row" if one of her supporters "invited me to a public hanging".

"I don't know what he was watching", added Fury. "That's what we proved tonight and I'm ready to do it again".

The 30-year-old Briton, who had boxed skillfully to frustrate and outpoint the aggressive but inaccurate Wilder, looked to have finally been beaten when the American champion uncorked a savage right-left combination that sent him sprawling to the floor.

Wilder scored two knockdowns and thought he won. Everyone in boxing saying a bad thing, time and again we see it.

Without that punch, it is likely that the judges wouldn't have dared to take the step of gifting Wilder a draw.

But the threat from a man with 39 knockout wins remained always in evidence, as some at ringside watched through their hands. The Englishman made Wilder miss constantly, particularly ducking under Wilder's big right hand with grace. He held on, ducked, bravely punched back and survived.

Fury was the busier of the two throughout, but WBC champion Wilder recorded two knockdowns, the second of them coming in a dramatic 12th round when his rival appeared to be out for the count, only to miraculously rise in time to carry on through to the final bell.
