It looks increasingly likely that Neymar will leave Paris Saint-Germain next summer, with a return to La Liga the most likely outcome.

It is less than two years since Neymar left Barca for the French capital in a shock world-record £199m move.

Barcelona Vice President, Jordi Cardoner has rubbished reports of Neymar's return to the club.

Real Madrid have regularly been linked with a move for Neymar, although statements from the club have denied that a few times, while talk of Barca's interest in re-signing the 26-year-old has gained traction this week. "It is a question that can not be answered because no one has even mentioned it", the vice president told SER Catalunya.

Nikki Haley: Trump asked if I was ‘Indian’ like Elizabeth Warren
When Senator Lindsey Graham announced he was taking a test to see if his own rumoured Cherokee ancestry could "beat" Ms. In fact, Trump did promise $1 million, during a July rally, but only if the test showed she was "an Indian".

Valverde attempted to cool the speculation surrounding Neymar, insisting that "We aren't in the market to sign players".

It is suggested that Neymar is exhausted without life in France and wants a return back to Spain and preferably he wants to reunite with his former Barcelona colleagues.

RAC1 says Bartomeu has asked senior players about the prospect of bringing back Neymar - and the feedback has been positive. "It would be different if we hadn't believed in him [and let him leave] and now we wanted to bring him back, but that's not the case". It's a question to distract us all, although you don't know what can happen in football.

Yet Neymar has been upstaged so far this season by France's World Cup star, Kylian Mbappe, who has ten goals in seven appearances for PSG.
