EPL: Iwobi scores in London derby

With Arsene Wenger finally having departed the Emirates after 22 years in charge at Arsenal, Unai Emery has the unenviable task of trying to follow one of the longest-serving managers in Premier League history.

And Emery, speaking ahead of a London derby at Chelsea on Saturday, emphasised the potential importance of the former Schalke and Werder Bremen player, if he can return to his best.

And with four minutes left to play in the first half Iwobi slammed in a cross from Mkhitaryan to draw Arsenal level at 2-2.

On Xhaka, Emery said: 'We don't take risks with this yellow card'. "I don't know why people are still complaining a lot about him".

Hazard was too hot to handle for the shaky Arsenal defence and they were duly punished in the 81st minute by the Belgian talisman who created a fantastic opportunity for Marcos Alonso who buried the ball into the net.

Alex Iwobi nabbed Arsenal's equaliser with a clinical effort in the 44th minute.

US Warns Turkey of Sanctions if it Does Not Release Pastor
Cavusoglu said ties with the bloc, which have been strained in recent years, were on a firmer basis and had started normalising. Turkey has responded by declaring that it will raise tariffs on a number of us imports, including cars, tobacco and spirits.

Arsenal's defending was poor, but Chelsea's was also shoddy and the Gunners battled their way back before half time, with goals from Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Iwobi making it 2-2 at the break. "If we press very high we are able to do well, but in the other moments when we are not able to press in the other half we are in trouble".

"I think we have done very well for 75 minutes - 15 minutes at the end of the first half was awful", he said.

Leaving gaps at the back but attacking in waves, Chelsea has been a thrill to watch in the opening two weekends - much different to the often cagey approach of fellow Italian Conte.

"It was a hard game. In my opinion, in two months we can be a very good team". "He is a great manager, like we had before, now we just want to enjoy winning games".

"We started to work all together only 10 days ago". Two goals in six minutes turned the game on its head, though, as Callum Wilson and Steve Cook made it two wins from two for the Cherries.

"In the second half we needed to continue this control, but I think we don't push and keep possession like we did in the first half".
