Magic Johnson is feeling pretty magical after he crowned LeBron James the new King of the Los Angeles Lakers. The 4-time NBA MVP signed the Los Angeles Lakers as a free agent, leaving the Cleveland Cavaliers for the second time in his career. The most obvious name thus far hasn't been a free agent, but a guy under contract and unhappy with the San Antonio Spurs.

Additionally, with Kawhi Leonard potentially available in trade discussions during the upcoming season, it benefits the Lakers to showcase Ball as much as possible and increase his potential value in trade discussions.

But, what would potential packages look like?

That occurred in March 2017, after Ball had suggested that children of NBA stars such as James would have extra "pressure" to live up their fathers' greatness, whereas his own underwhelming basketball career allowed him to "take the time to make my boys all that".

James has agreed to terms on a four-year deal worth $154 million to join the Lakers, who have not made the National Basketball Association playoffs for five straight years.

JaVale McGee (previous team - Golden State Warriors) has won back-to-back Championships with the Warriors and he has proved that he could be a dependable big man who can set screens, play as a rim protector and be a lob threat. "Anybody would enjoy playing with my boy, it's always been like that".

Murkowski wants Kennedy-like high court nominee
Collins has told CNN she couldn't support a nominee who "demonstrated hostility" toward Roe v. The president is expected to announce his nominee for the position on Monday, July 9.

James isn't planning any more comments and there won't be a welcoming press conference or celebration in Los Angeles, a person familiar with his plans said Sunday night on the condition of anonymity.

Before assuming that LeBron is going to become an even better player because he gets to play with Lonzo, it would probably be best for Lonzo himself to just focus on actually earning the starting point guard job.

LaVar: LeBron got a four-year deal, right? Ever since he left the Heat, James' teams have played exactly how he's wanted them to as he seemingly exerted control of every aspect of the Cavaliers' style. However, it is a bit disappointing that the Lakers followed up this momentous occasion by adding players that don't maximize LeBron's chances of competing for a championship this upcoming season.

"LeBron, you came home and delivered the ultimate goal", Gilbert said in a statement.

New Orleans Pelicans: Losing DeMarcus Cousins is not the issue, they played better without him - it was losing Rajon Rondo.
