Chris Paul had 27 points and 12 rebounds while James Harden scored 24 points to power the Houston Rockets to a 100-87 win over the Utah Jazz last night, taking a 3-1 lead in the Western Conference semifinal series. His backup, Dante Exum, will also miss Game 5 after suffering a hamstring strain in Game 4. The Jazz updated their status for Tuesday but did not indicate a timetable for either to return.

Even before the fourth-year guard separated his left shoulder back on October 6 and missed the next five months, he had played in just 148 of a possible 246 regular-season games because of injury. All the current team needed to do to overtake the '08 showing was follow the Game 2 win in Houston with two competitive games in Salt Lake City.

The 3-1 lead he was referring to was in the 2015 Western Conference semi-finals, when Paul and the Los Angeles Clippers fell to Harden and the Rockets after losing Games Five, Six and Seven.

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas has been making inroads with the European Union and Russian Federation . Slammed as "provocation" by Palestinians, a barrage of criticism both regional and worldwide has since followed.

The penultimate Exum basket of the first pulled the Jazz to within 21-19, but Houston pushed the lead back to seven and stretched it to 38-23 when Luc Mbah a Moute converted a three-point play early in the second.

Rockets defense - But obviously, doing so will be much easier said than done as the Rockets have pretty handily shut down the Jazz offense in three out of the first four games. Instead, Houston won the next three by double figures. I'm still baffled at this thought process because it still seems to defy logic.

A big reason Harden consistently puts up big numbers: his ability to get to the free throw line.

"I don't know just playing the game", Gobert said of his performance.

Exum was whistled for three first-quarter fouls, with the last two (on a Harden drive and a Harden three-point attempt) questionable enough that the soldout Jazz crowd was incensed. "They got me a wheelchair". In Game 4, Capela recorded 12 points, 15 boards, and six blocks.

"With Clint back in the back, he just does a great job of giving guys confidence that he's going to raise some stuff at the rim", D'Antoni stated.
