North Korea warned the United States on Sunday not to misread peace overtures as a sign of weakness, accusing the Trump administration of deliberately provoking Pyongyang with tough talk and a show of military strength.

US News is reporting that North Korea's official news agency quoted a Foreign Ministry spokesman as warning the claims are a "dangerous attempt" to ruin a budding detente on the Korean Peninsula after Kim's summit late last month with South Korean President Moon Jae-in.

"Pyongyang Time" was created as tensions between the authoritarian country and the US grew over Pyongyang's nuclear weapons program and global sanctions aimed at dismantling it.

But Graham, a former British diplomat who served in Pyongyang, noted that "Trump is clearly curious to see North Korea up-close".

The source said the most likely candidate for the location is now Singapore, not the border village of Panmunjom where Moon met Kim on April 27 in the first inter-Korea summit in 11 years. On the top of the vexing issues facing the upcoming Trump-Kim summit could be the full scope of the "complete denuclearisation" of the Korean Peninsula.

Such a claim "cannot be construed otherwise than a unsafe attempt to ruin the hardly-won atmosphere of dialogue and bring the situation back to square one", said a foreign ministry representative in Pyongyang, accusing the US of "deliberately provoking the [Democratic People's Republic of Korea] at the time when the situation on the Korean Peninsula is moving toward peace and reconciliation".

Speculation about the venue for the Trump-Kim meeting has been going on for weeks.

He said their aim is to open Cub Scout opportunities to girls , rather than recruit away from Girl Scouts, for example. The Boy Scouts of America is dropping the word "boy" from their name to welcome girls into their program.

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, whose ratings at home have nosedived in recent times, will also hold bilateral talks with the Chinese and South Korean leaderships on the sidelines of the summit, it was reported by The Straits Times. He also threatened the North Korean leader with "fire and fury".

"This act can not be construed otherwise than a risky attempt to ruin the hard-won atmosphere of dialogue and bring the situation back to square one", North Korea said. "It's all agreed to", the president told mediapersons at the White House on Friday. "And a lot of things have already happened with respect to the hostages".

But Trump isn't the only one praising the U.S.'s involvement in North Korea relations.

He added: "Stayed tuned".
