Schusser, who recently played a key role in Apple's recent $400m acquisition of Shazam - which is now awaiting regulatory approval - will relocate from the United Kingdom to California for the new position.

Apple confirmed to The Verge that Schusser will report to Apple senior vice president Eddy Cue, and will be in charge of managing Apple Music, as well as running Apple services like the App Store and iTunes outside of the US.

Variety found out the news from an internal memo that also revealed that Apple Music now has over 40M paid subscribers in 115 countries.

Facebook Messenger To Introduce An "Unsend" Feature
When BuzzFeed News asked Facebook when it would roll this out to users, it declined to provide a timeframe. It's all about cash money on this week's #GirlsWithGoals Listen in on your iPhone or Android now.

Rumors of Jimmy Iovine's detachment from Apple Music don't seem to have hold as sources say that Iovine's involvement has not changed. He played a key role in Apple's acquisition of Shazam as well.

Apple Music is getting bigger. He previously led efforts outside the US related to the App Store, iTunes' movies and TV portals, iBooks, Apple Podcasts, and more. It's estimate that Apple Music has a 5% monthly growth rate, outpacing Spotify's 2%. But as streaming grew to become the main way people listen and pay for music today, Apple launched Apple Music in 2015 and quickly ramped it up, overtaking competitors by quickly amassing subscribers - except Spotify, which remains the biggest streaming music service.
